THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The material is pathetic, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd acquired something usable instead
